Small holding agriculture is not being taken care of by the government. 38 million families in Latin America are small and medium size agriculture producers who do not produce enough to live. Our team created a way for them to become self sufficient with local and regional demand networks, farmer networks and agrotherapy tourism. The Team Management and Leadership program helped me bring together land workers, agronomists, architects, professionals, computer scientists committed to being a stand for others across a continent!
