The Landmark Education Team, Management and Leadership Program is a 12-month training course during which participants develop the skills and disciplines to achieve extraordinary results through building and motivating teams.
The program provides extended training and practice in the material learned in the Landmark Forum and Landmark Education’s Communication Course and Advanced Communication Course. Therefore participants must have complete these three short courses as a prerequisite.
The year is divided into four quarters. In each quarter you will create a project or ‘game’ in some area of your own life. Perhaps this will be a dramatic shift in your career or setting up a new business, maybe it will be creating a new relationship or transforming an existing one, or it might be in the area of your home, or in the realm of artistic or creative expression. The outcome is that you can design the Life of your Dreams and then bring it into existence, in the process learning the skills to create Teamwork in any situation, skills that will serve you for the rest of your life.
